Thursday, Oct 30th
Rehearsal Dinner
Buses will pick the wedding party up from Farmington after the ceremony rehearsal and remaining family/guests from the Graduate Hotel at 5:00pm on Thursday October 30th.
Friday, Oct 31st
Welcome Party
Kardinal Hall is within a mile from all hotels with room blocks. Guests are encouraged to uber to the Welcome Party on Friday October 31st. For those staying at the Graduate, there will be two 28-passenger buses going back and forth from the Graduate and Kardinal Hall to pick up and drop off guests throughout the night.
Saturday, Nov 1st
Ceremony & Reception
More detailed information is below, but buses will pick up guests at 4:00pm on Saturday November 1st at various pick up locations near the hotels mentioned below. Buses will do drop offs at hotels post reception as well.
Wedding Day Transportation
Transportation will be provided to and from the ceremony and the reception for all guests, with pickup locations within walking distance of all the hotels where we have arranged for room blocks.
All guest vehicles will stage at the following locations for pickup to the ceremony and reception at Farmington Country Club:
The Graduate & Courtyard Marriott
Boar’s Head Resort
The Omni
Please plan to arrive early as vehicles at the Graduate/Courtyard & the Omni will depart promptly at 4:00pm and Boar’s Head at 4:20pm.
Guests who are staying at rental homes or hotels outside of these blocks and near the downtown mall are encouraged to take the buses at the Omni location. Draftsman guests are encouraged to take buses staged within walking distance at the Graduate/Courtyard Marriott location.
Note that there will be an early departure returning to all locations and a final departure following the sendoff which will also return to all listed hotels along with the After Party at Crozet Pizza at the Buddhist Biker Bar.
Inclement Weather Transportation
In the event of inclement weather, the Ceremony will take place at Christ Episcopal Church. Transportation will still be provided to and from the ceremony and Farmington Country Club for the reception. Departure times will be modified accordingly from each hotel. Please refer to the wedding website for the most up to date information!
Additional pickups for the ceremony will be provided for those staying at Farmington Country Club.
